On our first interview special of the year, we sit down with the artist Joseph DeLappe, who created Killbox, a game meant to make the player think about the consequences of drone warfare.
Killbox “[creates]a challenging interactive experience with a computer game, which is symbolically connected with the controls of a drone pilot, which are being made to resemble Xbox controllers.”
Killbox has been selected for IndieCade, the international festival of independent games, and will also be shown at Scotland’s digital art festival NeoN.
You can check out the game’s powerful, thought-provoking experience here.
